This person keeps calling my home phone saying that they are going to file criminal charges against me for a loan I took in 2001 they said that I am getting a summons in the mail and then they want me to give them money and they want me to pay it with a credit card. When I called the BBC they said that this was not a real business number and then I reported them to the Goverment Scam dept. So what do I do.

Called cell didnt leave a message

I got a call from a Mr Sam Gonzales, NPOAN Board Member .. The New Property Owners Association of Newport in Crosby, Tx. He did have business with me. However, how or why the caller ID would show this number is unknown. I've been told it is used to block call back attempts. I don't know but when I tried to call it immediately back it just rang and rang. That's all I can tell you since the management company for NPOAN, Houston Community Management Services, will not give out his number and I can't find it published anywhere else. Hope this helps someone get to the bottom of this.
